Fun Introduction Video: $45@ with shipping. Each Can be applied to class tuition.

Snorkeling: 30 minute Snorkel Video and basic text book, Works as a self study for all ages with excellent information for parents and coloring book for kids.
Scuba: 20 minute Scuba Video and passport: Can be used as a Gift. Introduction to Scuba explains why people dive and a basics of the many aspects covered in training.

Two hours of hands on snorkeling for the important silent kick to not scare the fish away or attract predator fish. Also proper fit and use of the Mask and Snorkel, how to clear them, and easy ways to equalize your ears. How not to damage the environment, how to walk, stand, take off, landings, surface dives, turn around, reverses and breath holding for longer times underwater.

Water Comfort Course/Overcome Fear : $100 for a 2 hour session of one on one.(small pool fee).

This course has helped many people overcome a discomfort in the water. The only prerequisite is the desire to want to overcome and it works.

First Class & Pool: Try It Out: $100 PP With gear in your pool or ours, (small pool fee).

Two hours of hands on gear, topics and skills designed to teach safely and fun. An excellent start if you're not ready to take a full course yet. Find out how easy and how important is to finish your training in as little as 16-24 hours when you are ready.

Group Classes & Pool: $400 PP With Scuba gear and all Classes, Kits and pool fees extra.

Six Classes of lecture and pool over a scheduled time with 6 to 8 students. It will cover all Information and skills to prepare you for your first Open Water Escorted Dives . Typical Schedules are (3) Sundays 9-5 or (6) evenings 7-10 monthly or your own times and group.

Private Scuba Classes:$ 1,000 PP With all Scuba Gear, Student Kits and Pool fees are extra.

Your schedule and locations can be here locally or on one of our Florida or Caribbean Fun Adventure Trips. Four 4 hour sessions normally does it. We cater to your time and location as well as provide an Absolute Quality Experience with a few Extras to surprise you and increase the fun and safety of your experience. Too busy, try this focus program of your time and place with flexible units combined with a get away trip.

Open Water Escorted Dives: $400 or 500 PP for 2 days and 5 to 8 escorted dives. Equipment rental, air fills, admission to park, cost and expenses of trips are extra.

To complete skills and evaluations for International Certification. $400 for local Quarry Lake Park and $500 on one of our sponsored trips. Florida and other Caribbean sites.

Private Trip Escort and Scuba Instruction: $Quoted for those who want the Best Care under and above the water. Instruction, experience and flexibility.

Lifetime Warranty & Refresher: Claude Jewell Scuba Inc. jointly with The Illinois Institute of Diving are the only facilities that offers a Life Time Warranty/Refresher Program for all of our classes. What does this mean for you? While your Certification Card never expires, it is recommended that you dive at least twelve times a year. If you don't, you will need a refresher before diving again. Example: The cost of a Basic refresher courses are $100 or more for the class and pool. However, with the their Life Time Warranty/Refresher Program, you may refresh the classroom and pool portion for only the cost of the pool fee ($10-15). The Lifetime Warranty does not include the open water Quarry dives. This remains $100 plus the cost of the quarry entrance fee ($20).

Use of the Warranty requires a reservation in an ongoing group course, so please call ahead. A limited number of warranty students are allowed at each class location.

What's Not Included

Special or Private Lessons, such as a review out of sequence, or special tutoring, may require a per hour private lesson fee. Additional charges may include pool and/or quarry fees, replacement of textbooks, wetsuits and/or gear rentals.
